Yes, during the purchase process you can mark the gift option and add the email you would like to send it to. This person will receive the gift by email with its details and instructions to be able to make the reservation. This person won’t know the amount of the purchase.
In case of expiration, the amount of the expired purchase will not be refunded. Changes of dates will be accepted only in case of availability and if this is a valid date for the purchased experience.
We will send it to you along with the purchase confirmation via email. After making the reservation, you will also receive by email the receipt of the reservation. This receipt is the one that you must present at the hotel upon arrival. If you bought it as a gift, remember that we can send the gift directly to the person gifted by email with the code and instructions.
Any purchase in this store is non-refundable, including the case in which the hotel had to remain closed due to force majeure on the date of your reservation. However, all experiences admit a free date change, subject to availability and difference in rate in high season. If due to weather conditions or absence of a minimum group (in the case of yoga sessions or breakfast on the rooftop) we have to cancel your reservation, we will contact you to arrange a refund.
Gift vouchers can be redeemed for any hotel service such as La Jarana Taberna and can be consumed until your balance is exhausted within the validity period of the same (1 year from the date of purchase). Remember that it is necessary to make a reservation in advance to be able to have breakfast on the terrace, spend a night at the hotel or have lunch/dinner at La Jarana Taberna.
